Loweswater Ladies meet for social purposes, generally on the second Wednesday of the month in Loweswater Village Hall at 7.15pm. Meetings focus on topics of general and local interest, usually led by a guest speaker. Topics can be based on local history or wildlife, the work of charity groups eg Calvert Trust & Blood Bikes or more diverse topics such as Restoring Vintage Wallpaper & A Journey Through Kyrgyzstan. Occasional craft demos and light exercise evenings, a summer stroll and summer outing add to the mix. New members or visitors are always welcome.
